WHY VISIT?
The HVAC and Refrigeration Live Show is the UK’s only dedicated national exhibition for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industries. This makes it the place to exhibit, explore and enjoy networking with professionals and companies from these sectors.
The 2024 HVAC & Refrigeration Live will be taking place at London’s ExCel exhibition centre on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th April 2023.
WHY EXHIBIT?
Exhibitors of the HVAC & Refrigeration Live Show can look forward to two immersive days of exhibition, seminars and networking. Exhibitors are encouraged to showcase their best products, meet fellow exhibitors and mingle with professionals from across the HVAC and refrigeration industries. All exhibitors will be listed on our official website as well as the event’s companion app and Spotlight Exhibitors will find themselves at the top of the list! All exhibitors have access to the official HVAC&R Live 2024 marketing pack, including a social media post, official guest invitation and email signature.
Thanks to the luxurious location of the 2024 event, all exhibitors will be well looked after by the in-house ExCel maintenance team who will ensure all rigging, cleaning, piped services, technical services and operational procedures are carried out swiftly and safely, ensuring exhibitors have the best possible experience.

HOW MANY EXHIBITORS WILL THERE BE?
You can find out how many exhibitors are attending the HVAC & Refrigeration Live Show 2023 on our Exhibitors page. This will also tell you who is exhibiting.
DO I HAVE TO BE A TRADE VISITOR?
Anyone with an interest in the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration sectors can attend the show, you don’t have to be a trade visitor.
CAN STUDENTS ATTEND?
University/ College students with an interest in the HVAC and refrigeration industries are more than welcome to attend the show!
WILL THERE BE Wi-Fi?
The ExCel has its own wifi which is completely free to use for both exhibitors and visitors. Simply sign in to _ExCeL free Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi stretches across the exhibition and out into the social and catering spaces.
There are also ChargeBox phone charging boxes at the East and West Information Desks if your phone battery runs low during the exhibition.
WILL THERE BE REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE?
From a quick coffee to a burger meal or burrito, the ExCeL has multiple eateries and communal dining spaces for visitors and exhibitors to enjoy. There are also water bottle refill stations to use, free of charge, around the venue.
WHAT COVID MEASURES?
It is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering in the venue, though wearing one in a busy space is left to personal preference. The ExCeL has increased ventilation to improve air circulation through the indoor spaces and hand sanitizer is still available for visitor use.
HOW MANY VISITORS WILL THERE BE?
As the only extensive exhibition for the HVAC and refrigeration industries, the HVAC&R Live Show attracts thousands of visitors. Sadly, the last event was cancelled due to lockdown, however the footfall from the previous event, in 2018, was 3,340 visitors.
We hope that we will be able to improve on this number this year, as the first HVAC&R Show Live after the pandemic.
WILL THERE BE CONFERENCES AND WILL I BE ABLE TO ATTEND THEM?
Across the two days of the 2024 event, there will be various seminars and talks on two different stages (shown on the event map as Theatres). These seminars will be walk-in, so you won’t have to book a seat, just make a note of the ones you’d like to see/hear so you don’t miss them!
